Fresh Goods
Please check fresh items immediately upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns on fresh items unless they are immediately returned with the delivery driver.

Fresh & Frozen Item
For Froze Item: This item was originally frozen and may become chilled during delivery. The ice packs we provide are to maintain the temperature of the frozen/chilled goods. Frozen products may appear to be somewhat defrosted when they are delivered to the consumer, but they are still in perfect conditions for cooking on the same day. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions or the recommended use-by date. By agreeing to purchase this product you are aware that we cannot accept returns or refunds for chilled/frozen products.
Return & Refund
Return
You can request a refund by contacting us at bigwininternationalltd@gmail.com within 48 hours since the relevant delivery.
Broken / Damage Item
We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well. But in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us straight away within 48 hours so we can investigate the cause. To start the claim, we require a photo of the damaged/broken item. From this, we can then either replace or refund you.
Incorrect or Missing Item
In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away within 24 hours and inform our team which item(s) are missing. From this, we will send you the correct item and we will be liable for any extra postage costs. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will provide the return label.
Shortage
Please notify us within 48 hours. If Bigwin Asian Mart has to issue a refund to you due to any circumstance, this will be issued within 7 working days of the enquiry being raised. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
