Local Delivery

We offer local delivery service to selected postcodes:
CW1, CW2, CW3, CW4, CW5, CW6, CW7, CW8, CW9, CW10, CW11, CW12

Local delivery service will show up automatically in the checkout if your address is in the selected postcodes area and the delivery charges will be applied or Free if your order over £40.

For same day delivery service, please order before 14.30pm.
Minimum spending of £15 is required for local delivery service.
We do local delivery from Monday to Friday only

Order between £1 - £39 £2.99

* Order placed after 2.30pm will be delivered the next day.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide when you place your order. Notification will be sent when items are out for delivery.
Any out of stock items will be refunded to the payment method you have selected at checkout.

Important: Please make sure you are at the address provided between these hours and it is important to answer the drivers call. Fail to do the above will incur additional re-delivery charge. Incorrect contact information could cause delay in delivery.

Fresh Goods

Please check fresh items immediately upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns on fresh items unless they are immediately returned with the delivery driver. 

UK Shipping

Orders will be dispatched throughout Monday - Friday. We target to process every order within 2-3d days. Estimated delivery time will be 1-3 days (normal standard delivery) and Next day delivery for express service, however, Bigwin Asian Mart will not be liable for any shipment delay.

Important: If the buyer is unable to sign for the parcel after 3 attempted deliveries made by courier and resulted in the parcel being returned to us. It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the cost of re-delivery.

Fresh & Frozen Item

We are not offer the delivery of fresh and frozen item for UK shipping at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience. We only offer the delivery for fresh and frozen items for 'Local Delivery Service'

Return & Refund


You can request a refund by contacting us at within 48 hours since the relevant delivery.  

Broken / Damage Item

We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well. But in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us straight away within 48 hours so we can investigate the cause. To start the claim, we require a photo of the damaged/broken item. From this, we can then either replace or refund you.

Incorrect or Missing Item

In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away within 24 hours and inform our team which item(s) are missing. From this, we will send you the correct item and we will be liable for any extra postage costs. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will provide the return label.


Please notify us within 48 hours. If Bigwin Asian Mart has to issue a refund to you due to any circumstance, this will be issued within 7 working days of the enquiry being raised. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
